RentAdria respects your privacy. This Policy explains what personal data we collect, for what purposes, on what legal basis and how long we keep it, and what rights you have under applicable data protection law.

3. Data we collect
We may process: data you provide when registering (name, email, phone, country), listing content, technical data (IP address, device type, browser language, cookies necessary for operation), and communications with us for support or reports. If you accept optional analytics, we record a pseudonymous browser identifier, visit date, and approximate country and city derived from the request. For technical error and browser security-policy diagnostics, the application sends only the error or blocked-directive category, a coarse route category, sanitised script or resource location, line and column; it does not send the error message, stack, referrer, query string, policy text, inline source sample, form content, credentials, email or account identifier.
4. Purposes and legal basis
We process data to provide the Platform (contract), improve security and functionality (legitimate interests), comply with legal obligations, and — where required — on the basis of your consent. Optional visit measurement is activated only after you consent.
5. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell your data. We may use trusted processors (e.g. hosting, email delivery, analytics according to settings) who process data on our instructions. We must disclose data to public authorities when required by law.
6. Retention and security
We retain raw optional analytics records for no longer than 13 months. Incomplete registration data expires after 48 hours and is deleted during the next daily cleanup cycle. Sanitised technical error entries remain only in hosting runtime logs for the retention period configured with the hosting provider. Account data is retained while the account exists or as required by applicable law. We apply appropriate technical and organisational security measures.
7. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object, data portability and withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. Contact us at the email in the contact section to exercise your rights.
8. Cookies
We use essential local storage for the Platform, such as language, session and security settings. Optional visit measurement remains disabled until you accept it. You can withdraw consent in cookie settings; doing so removes the local analytics identifier and stops future measurement in that browser.

We may update this Policy. Material changes will be highlighted on the Platform. The last update date appears at the bottom of this page.
