1. Introduction
Welcome to the RentAdria platform (“Platform”). The Platform is operated by RentAdria. By using the Platform (browsing listings, registering, posting ads, contacting users) you accept these Terms in full. If you disagree, do not use the Platform. The Platform is solely a place to connect advertisers and users; RentAdria is not a party to the contract between accommodation/vehicle owners and guests/buyers, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
2. Definitions
“User” means anyone who accesses the Platform. “Advertiser” is a registered user who publishes listings. “Guest” or “End user” is a user who searches listings and contacts advertisers. “Content” means text, photos, prices and other data in listings.
3. Registration and account
Posting listings and certain features require registration with accurate data. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account. You must not use another person’s account without permission. RentAdria may suspend or remove accounts for breach of these Terms, law or abuse of the Platform.
4. Listings, accuracy and prohibited conduct
The advertiser warrants that listing information is accurate to the best of their knowledge and that they have the right to offer the subject of the listing. Duplicate listings to spam the feed, misleading prices, illegal content, infringement of third-party rights and malware are prohibited. RentAdria may remove listings and content without prior notice, including following reports or compliance checks.
5. Payments and fees
Price, payment method and booking are agreed solely between the advertiser and the end user. RentAdria may introduce or change fees for certain services (e.g. featured listings) with notice on the Platform. All fees must be clearly shown before confirmation.
6. Limitation of liability
The Platform is provided “as is”. RentAdria does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or the accuracy of third-party listings. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RentAdria is not liable for damage arising from use or inability to use the Platform, nor for disputes between users. You use the Platform at your own risk.
7. Intellectual property
Platform design, logo and software are protected by copyright. Listing content remains the advertiser’s property, with a non-exclusive licence granted to RentAdria to display it for operating the Platform.
8. Changes and termination
RentAdria may change these Terms; the updated version will be published on this page with an effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. You may stop using the Platform at any time.
